Monica led a fantastic, immersive nature session for my students.

She even wove concepts into the session that we had been learning

about in class. Monica is a brilliant facilitator and communicator, she

encouraged participation from all my students, putting them at ease.

They shared with me how much this one session improved their

wellbeing, and gave them a break from the pressures of exams.

Monica facilitated an engaging and unique team building opportunity for my childcare team of 16 educators in Squamish. She was prepared, knowledgeable, flexible and accommodating. She was open to collaboration and feedback in the planning stages and was very personable and professional on the day of the event.

I had the chance to do a forest therapy session with Monica. That was just wonderful. I truly reconnected with myself but also with the forest, the nature. You realized you are not alone, you are a part of something. I recommend it for all people are looking for senses, self-development, reconnection, open heart moment.

Thank you for this, I don't see the forest with the same eyes.

Amazing!! Monica was amazing! This experience is amazing! I didn't know what to expect but when I finished with the immersion I felt a vigorous renewal. A great way to disconnect from the every day hustle and explore nature in a way you have never experienced before. An open curiosity is all that you need to bring with you.

What a great experience! Monica creates a beautiful space that is grounding and full of connection. I left feeling lighter, nourished and knowing the insight I gained would serve long after it was over.

Monica is a wonderful, intuitive guide. I often get distracted during guided meditations, but not this time! I was completely immersed in, what felt like, an in-person crash course in Braiding Sweetgrass 🌿. Highly recommend ✨

Amazing, so enriching. Re-connect with nature and realise your inner trust and connection strengthening. Monica has an amazing way of making the experience deep, very meaningful and fun. Enjoyable memory leaving traces in your heart whilst respecting and appreciating everything around us.

Monica took us for a beautiful guided meditation in the forest. She set up before hand and clearly put in so much effort to make it a welcoming space for us all to go to and share. I would highly recommend forest therapy - the meditation session helped me to feel more present not just at that moment, but for a week afterwards, and I’ve implemented my own forest bathing meditation sessions where I still use the things she taught us.

Beautiful, informed, spacious, grounding, relaxing... Society of Trees offers a unique self-care experience that provides relaxation and an energetic lift that lasts longer than a massage or bubble bath, and is accessible afterwards forever. Having various ways to reconnect with the larger Earth around us, shared by Society of Trees, through invitations and processes, all backed by science, is a lovely experience. Highly recommended.
