In this engaging and interactive talk, certified Forest Therapy Guide Monica Sander Burns explores the science behind our relationship with the natural world and how time spent in nature can improve focus, restore attention, reduce stress and strengthen resilience. Students will discover how their brains respond to natural environments, why awe and curiosity matter for mental health, and how simple practices of nature connection can help them navigate the challenges of modern life.
